Modern life is very swift. Interests, desires and life goals of each person tend to change, and our house corresponds with it. It can transform both outdoor and indoor.
Ground floor and ladder-elevator unit are the only static elements in the house. The remaining parts can be rotated depending on the owner’s desire to increase efficiency of the wind energy and to change the view or distance from the neighboring apartment. Some facade parts also can be modified. For example, there are a window-balcony, a window- seat and a flap wall in the house. The apartment cells are autonomous and, if necessary, they can be detached from the stationary unit and transported to another one or set up independently. Installation of the house from manufacturing parts is a very quick process. The moving of the big structural elements is controlled by the corresponding sensors.
Now let’s talk about the interior. One part of the ground floor consists of the small apartments for the elderly. The opposite part of the building is a public space that can be used as a cafe, cinema or a sports area (ping-pong or billiards, gym etc.). There is also a place for a green zone, an open summer veranda which turns into a winter garden during the cold season. Transformation of the hall is carried out by means of its space and a system of secondary premises.
Each floor has common storage places, which allow using the indoor apartment space optimally. Flats are equipped with mezzanines that save living space and does not interfere with the sense of spaciousness and comfort. Moreover, flats are supplied with transformable elements (beds, sofas, tables, partitions, etc.) are also provided inside the flats. Therefore, rooms can be multifunctional and airy.
A public zone is also located on the rooftop of the building. Gardening and bird feeders help residents be closer to the nature and relax. The zone can be partly covered to provide a shelter from rain and to increase the area of collecting gray water during precipitation. Two utility pipelines are based in the center of the round halls. Its construction includes turning nodes to allow rotating and removing living cells. The facade of the building can direct wind flows to the special room with Evans rotor in order to produce energy. Other elements of engineering system (water heater, recuperation system, smart house server) are also set in this room.
All house materials are environment-friendly and energy efficient. Special heat-saving walls form an insulation shell. Unusual shape of low-E windows gives some dynamic to the laconic facades. Mirror-glassing walls help to harmonize the building with the surroundings. We suggest using advanced technologies (alarms, video surveillance, light and movement sensors) for safety and security proposals.
